Why should I remove injectors from the vehicle to clean them when I can do it without removal?

The process of visual inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, and testing for spray patterns and volume is the only accurate, reliable and guaranteed way to insure that a fuel injector is working properly. Our system is 100% verifiable. With our manufacturer approved, computer controlled cleaning and testing equipment, we can restore dirty, clogged or leaking fuel injectors to operate at the same level as a new fuel injectors.

What causes a fuel injector to stick open?

Main reason a fuel injector will stick wide open is because it has dirt or debris in it. The only way to get the fuel injector to work, is by having it cleaned and retested.

What causes a fuel injector to leak?

The main reason is that when you install them the surface and area needs to be clean with no dirt or debris around it. When installing fuel injectors make sure all of your O-rings are soft and have Marvelous Mystery oil on them or something conferrable.

What causes a fuel injector to throw a code?

Typically the reason why is that the fuel injector is not functioning they way it was designed. It could be putting to much fuel in the engine or not enough. The fix is to get the fuel injector rebuilt.

I am wanting to add more horse power to my vehicle - can a new set of injectors help?

Yes, only you first need check into getting your ECU tuned. Most engine computers need to be reprogrammed to accommoate a set of high performance fuel injectors. Then, once you know what's possible with your vehicle computer, you can decide on which fuel injectors you can add to increase power.

I've changed my fuel injectors and it is still running rough or throwing a computer code?

There are several things it could be first check your coils my using a ohm meter with the engine off If that is fine then remove your fuel injector harness clip with the key off and check the ohm's back to the ECU if the Ohm's are much higher then the Ohm's on the Fuel injectors then you have a burnt coil in your ECU.

Yes. TLF Performance Parts does ship internationally for a $66.90 fee, applicable to all destination countries. TLF Performance is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, and/or fees.

The short answer is they don't. Manufacturers are not allowed to deny a warranty repair unless they can prove that the replacement part directly caused the problem.
