Thank you for choosing TLF Performance Parts for your fuel injectors. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and it's our hope to make that a simple process. If, after reading the details here, you still have questions, please contact us.
What Is The Return Policy?
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How Do I Ship A Part Back To You?
First, call us for a return authorization number. Put the parts back in their original packaging and include a note about what is wrong with the part along with all paperwork, including flow certifications papers, that were shipped with the original purchase. Next, write the RA number on the box. Last, ship the part(s) back to us in the original packaging. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit.
You Sent Me The Wrong Part. What Do I Do?

I Ordered The Wrong Part. Now What?
It happens. Contact us and we will see what we can do.
It's Been Longer Than 30 Days. Can I Still Return Or Exchange A Part?
No, not unless there is a defect and you are covered under the terms of our warranty.
Why Wouldn't I Be Able To Return Or Exchange A Part?
If you damaged the parts during installation, we cannot accept the fuel injectors or other parts back. Custom parts are not always returnable either. Please contact us to learn if you are eligible for a return or exchange.
What If The Part Is Defective Or Damaged?
If you receive a fuel injector that is defective or damaged right out of the box, we will absolutely replace the parts. If you notice a problem later, it could still be covered under the warranty. Click here to learn more about our warranty policy.
Does TLF Performance Charge A Restocking Fee?
We do require a 15% restocking fee to cover our expenses. We do not refund shipping costs either.
Who Covers The Cost Of Return Shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
When Will I Get My Refund?
It typically takes 5-10 business days to process refunds. Remember, there is a 15% restocking fee and we do not reimburse shipping fees, so it will not be a 100% refund.
